Sarah: And welcome back! I’m Sarah Gacey from 96.1 The Valley, and I’m here with Sid, Mick,
Wendigo, and Razor of Ghøst Tøwne!
Sid: Thank you for having us, Sarah.
Sarah: Of course! Since hearing your interview with Jay Cruzvenski, I’ve just been dying to get
you guys here for an interview.
Wendy: So, you’ve got some questions for us?
Sarah: Yes I do!
Razor: Well, fire away then!
Sarah: Right, this first question is for Sid. On your most recent tour, the Scarred City of Broken
Hearts tour, you played your newest single ‘Broken Lover’, could you tell me what that song is
about?
Sid: Well, I actually wrote that song a long time ago. We needed one more song for the tour, so I
went digging in my old guitar case and found the lyrics scratched on an old leather binder of
mine. I had Mick look over the lyrics and he said they were really good, so we decided to play it
on the tour as the final song. I don’t really remember much of the writing process, because I
wrote this back when I was still doing all kinds of drugs, but I do remember what it was about.
Sarah: Tell me about it, then!
Sid: I wrote this back when I was still in the closet, so I was fighting this huge inner battle with
myself. I wanted so bad just to be able to freely express myself and just…be me, y’know? Back
then I faced a lot of prejudice for who I was and…it was really painful. So I decided to write a
song about it.
Sarah: So this song is about fighting your inner demons?
Sid: Well, not really. It’s kinda hard to explai-
Sarah: Okay! Next question is for Razor and Mick! You’ve recently made your relationship
public. How have things been since?
Razor: Well, we still get girls wanting us to sign their tits, so not much has really changed.
Sarah: Really? Nothing at all has changed?
Mick: Other than the fact that we can freely make out on stage, nothing’s changed.
Razor: And the fans eat that shit up.
Sarah: Aren’t you worried that people might not like this?
Razor & Mick: Nope!
Razor: If people don’t like it, then it’s their own problem. We don’t care what other people think.
Sarah: Really? Not even if someone tells you that being gay is wrong?
Sid: Can we move on to the next question, please?
Sarah: Right, right. This next question is for Miss Wendigo.
Wendy: Fire away!
Sarah: So Sid, Mick, and Razor have all come out of the closet, what does that mean for you?
Are you-
Sid: Okay, I’m sorry, but are all of your questions pertaining to our sexualities? Not that I mind,
but these questions are starting to get pretty invasive.
Sarah: Apologies. Let’s see here…Ah, this one’s for Mick. Since it came out that you usually
write the songs, how many of the songs were really written by Sid?
Mick: I don’t feel comfortable answering that question.
Sarah: Oh come on, it’s not that tough of a question!
Razor: He said he wasn’t comfortable, okay. Just drop it already.
Sarah: Okay, okay. Rounding back to Sid for this next one, since your huge public fight with your
partner, are you two going your separate ways?
Sid: How many of your fucking questions are gonna be invasive like this?
Sarah: What are you talking about? I’m not being invasive!
Sid: I think we should cut this interview short, what do you think guys?
Wendy, Mick, & Razor: Agreed.
Sid: I figured. A word of advice to you, Sarah Gacey, if you’re doing an interview with someone,
don’t ask invasive, personal questions. It’s just rude. C’mon guys.
*Sid, Wendy, Mick, and Razor all get up and leave the studio immediately.*
