The Organising committee reserves the right to accept the entries below
the rating barrier with entry fee of Rs.20,000/-. No request towards
waiver of entry fee will be entertained.

BASIS.
Tournament Rules:
System of Play:
The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE
Swiss System with 10 rounds.
Time Control & Default Time:
90 Minutes plus 30 second increment from move 1 for entire game. The
default time (walk over time) will be 15 minutes.
Draw Agreement
Players cannot agree to a draw without the consent of the arbiter before
each player makes at least 30 moves.
Tie Break:
In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come into effect. The Cash
prizes however will not be shared.
Accommodation:
All GMs, IMs, WGMs and WIMs will be provided free AC accommodation
(similar to three star) on double/triple sharing basis. All other participants
will be provided AC accommodation on double/three sharing
basis/dormitory by paying Rs.400/- per day per person for entire duration
