Asking for the Duniya and the Hereafter
Translated
by

From Anas who said that the Prophet ﷺ would say this Dua' a lot:
" َّ
َّ
َّ

َّ

ُّ

َّ
لْ


َّ

َّ

َّ
 ".
'O Allaah our Lord give us goodness in this world and goodness in the Hereafter
and save us from the punishment of The Fire.'
‘Allaahumma Rabbanaa aatina
fid-Dunyaa hasanah wa fil aakhira(ti) hasanah wa qinaa adhaab an-Naar’
[Collected in al-Adab Al-Mufrad and Albaani said its Isnaad is Saheeh. No. 682]
In another narration:
From Anas that the Messenger of Allaah sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam visited a man from
the Muslims who had become weak and fragile like a small bird.
So the Messenger of Allaah sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam said to him:

'Did you used to make Dua with a matter or ask Allaah for something? '
