Quanta Rules and Regulations
• Any kind of incentive, in the form of eatables, giveaways, services such as
face painting is strictly not allowed.
• Printouts of any kind (QR codes, posters, banners, etc) will not be
allowed.
• All the posters put up by the students should be handmade and must
adhere to VIT rules and regulations.
• The sharing or collection of phone numbers, as well as the creation of
WhatsApp groups, is strictly prohibited.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards visitors and fellow
exhibitors.
• Displays must be set up within the designated area.
• No unauthorized extensions or alterations to the booth.
• Adhere to the specified event timings for setup, display, and teardown.
• All Clubs & Chapters are only permitted to promote their own
Club/Chapter and the initiatives they undertake.
Kindly adhere to these guidelines and promote your clubs/chapters/teams as much as
possible.
